Gratitude for Transformation

Being sincerely thankful and saying it to others, no matter how small, can mean a great deal to someone.

In today’s world, it is easy to worry and there’s plenty to be concerned about such as:

  • COVID-19
  • Climate change
  • War in Ukraine
  • Supply chain issues
  • Inflation/Recession
  • Gun violence
  • Gas prices

However, when we focus on what we are grateful for, we begin to understand the benefits it has toward our life’s journey.

I would like to share some thoughts and ideas for you and your loved ones as we move through these disconcerting times in mindful and positive ways.

  • Being sincerely thankful and saying it to others, no matter how small, can mean a great deal to someone. It might even make their day, week, month, or affect how they relate to others.

  • Being profoundly grateful for life is when we recognize how the lessons, and all that we have no matter how much or how little, are part of our journey.

There are countless ways to express gratitude. Here are a few that come to mind:

  • Keep a daily gratitude journal
  • Write thank you cards (handwritten, emails, text messages)
  • Express gratitude in prayer
  • Start each day with gratitude
  • Tell the people you love the most why you love them and how important they are to you
  • Show gratitude for yourself
  • Thank someone who has challenged or inspired you

When we take the time to evaluate our lives and feel gratitude from our hearts for all aspects of it, is when both our inner and outer worlds begin to transform into joy and peace.

Through gratitude,

we can find the path to

In a matter of time,

life can evolve, grow, and prosper.
